Closetts is an AI-powered wardrobe styling service that provides outfit recommendations based on your uploaded clothing items. Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your wardrobe and generate styling suggestions for various occasions.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Closetts offers various subscription tiers with different usage limits and features. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. No Refunds Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, whether monthly or annual. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for fees already paid.
5. User Content and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the clothing images and content you upload to Closetts. You must ensure that:
- You own or have the right to upload the images
- Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- Your content is appropriate and not offensive
6. AI Service Limitations
Our AI styling recommendations are provided for entertainment and inspiration purposes. Fashion and style preferences are subjective, and we make no guarantees about the suitability or accuracy of our recommendations for your specific needs or occasions.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOSETTS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to use Closetts at your own risk. We provide the service "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Waiver of Claims: You hereby waive any and all claims against Closetts, its owners, operators, and service providers for any damages or losses arising from your use of the service.
